How to be happy
waking up at a satisfying time (early like 6 or 5), having a very well-balanced diet every single day, and I am always committed to my goals in life, daily workouts 1 or 2 per day, moving my body, and also hitting my 10 000 steps goal. I want my day to be filled with good, pleasant encounters, since I will have removed all negative, bad energy people out of my life. I will be very commited with the word of god and build my relationship with him. I want to be employed since I am still in school now, and I find it really hard since it's not something I want to be doing. Instead, I want to be focused on something I am more interested in,n like my busness carier somthing that I will be so suscees full, good, and famous and welthy and i wantto have a big house with a big family and a dog and be involved in all my hobbies and balencing every thing on point.

Happiness is when I feel fulfilled with my life and with what I am doing, without feeling like I am hurting someone. With what I am doing, I am not feeling fearful, and I am also able to share it. My happines i want it to be something I can show off.

i keep doing things that i think will give me happines but i just don't get it fully or i feeli like i can do better all the time so i never realy feel likei am happy with somthing.
